“The young scientists are leaving Bulgaria, and find professional realization abroad. To be a young scientist in Bulgaria is a miserable fate.” These are but few of the wails coming from the BAS (Bulgarian Academy of Science) system. Is it enough to increase the state subsidy, so that the status and perspective for professional realization of the young scientists in Bulgaria improve? How does BAS contribute to the development of world science? What kind of reform does the Academy need? What is the impact of the resources coming into it compared to the funding of the whole higher education in Bulgaria?
Is there a difference among the viewpoints and the  stands of BAS employees, the University professors, the freelancer analytics and the state representatives in the big theme "Education and Science"?.
